When you order items on the Pure Lime shop, we register your name and address in our system so that we can send your order. When collecting personal data from the Pure Lime shop, we ensure that it always happens by consent so that you are always informed of exactly what information is collected and why. We will keep your information until you ask for something else. If you do not want to be a customer with us anymore and no longer want to receive newsletters, you can notify us by email to info@purelime.com or call our customer service at +45 70222128. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties, including other companies. The management and customer service have access to the information recorded about you. We do not store customer information encrypted. We only pass on customer information via encrypted connections.

As registered with Pure Lime, you always have the right to object to the registration. You have the right to know what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act.

Email Newsletters: By signing up for a newsletter you agree to receive e-mail from Pure Lime, regarding newsletters, abandoned basket and info on goods being back in stock. You can always unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the link in each newsletter or sending an email to info@purelime.com or calling our customer service on tel. +45 70222128 We do not resell your mail to third parties.

Payment Payment Card - We receive payment with Visa and Mastercard. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped from our warehouse. In the meantime, goods I have received are put down. What do I do? We have ongoing campaigns where we reduce our products for a certain period of time. Unfortunately, we cannot offer to compensate you. However, you always have the opportunity to use thecancellation deadline within 14 days (see section on return).

Is it safe to shop at www.purelimesport.com? You can feel completely safe when you shop at our webshop. We encrypt all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the Stripe transaction. However, PureLime reserves the right to have the purchase amount transferred via bank transfer to Nordea. We will never pass your personal information to others unless you have given us permission to do so. So you can shop safely at www.purelimesport.com

WITHDRAWAL FORM Please read here If you return the item, this happens at your own risk. Just send the item back as a package or in a sample envelope. Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are packed properly. Remember to get a receipt for the return shipment. When you regret, we will refund the payment received from you including any delivery costs. We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we received your cancellation notice. However, we can withhold the refund until we have received the goods returned or until you have submitted proof that the goods have been returned. We make such a refund with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. In any case, you will not be charged any fees due to the refund.
