Lilla Rózsa

Lilla is one of our ambassadors, and we feel incredibly  lucky to have her on our team. Based in Copenhagen, she is both a personal trainer and a physiotherapist. With a holistic view of health and a deep commitment to self-growth, Lilla regularly shares valuable insights on these topics. If you’re looking for a boost of inspiration in your life, we highly recommend following her on Instagram.  We had the pleasure of asking her a few questions to get to know her better.

1. What three words would you use to describe yourself?
Enthusiastic, believer, thinker.

 2. What sparked your interest in health and led you to pursue your current career path?
I grew up in a village and I've always been really active since childhood. I began playing volleyball at the age of 10 and continued until I turned 18. That's when I chose physiotherapy as my university bachelor degree. I was not exactly sure what I wanted to work with, but the passion of being active, getting to learn about the body on a physical and a mental level, and helping others — led me to this education.

I’ve always been into self-development. When I was around 21, I struggled a bit with my health. I was stressed, I had stomach issues, breakouts and irregular cycles. Experiencing this turned me towards a more holistic mindset and I started to search and find root causes of my issues. Even though the doctors said only pills would help me get my period back, I managed to heal my body by the age of 24. Fast forward to now, I’m 26 and my body is stronger than ever and I’ve never felt more connected to it.

A year ago, I started coaching and training people in a fitness center, with the intention of helping others become stronger, healthier and more confident. I also started sharing my perspective on health, my lifestyle and mindset more openly on social media. I’ve found such joy inspiring, and connecting with others.
