KETTLEBELL TRAINING

Do you have a kettlebell at home that you're not sure how to use? If so, we hope these four simple exercises will inspire you to give it a try. Whether you're aiming to build strength, improve your endurance, or simply keep your body healthy,kettlebells are the perfect piece of equipment. Good luck with your training, and remember to go on your own pace, doing as many repetitions and rounds as you feel comfortable with. 

3-5 ROUNDS

8-12 Goblet Squat
8-12 Floor Press
8-12 Glute Bridge
8-12 Bent Over Row

Rest 60-90 seconds between each round.
